Returns

Can I return an item?

Unused tools and grow helpers in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@homeygarden.com to start. Seed packets can't be returned once delivered. For a change-of-mind return, you pay return shipping and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. Read our full return policy.

What if my seeds don't sprout?

Seed packets aren't returnable once delivered, but we're here to help with a seed problem. Email support@homeygarden.com with your packet details and sowing date. We don't guarantee germination or harvest. Read our full return policy.

What about a tool issue?

If a tool arrives damaged, defective, or isn't the item you ordered, email support@homeygarden.com. We'll provide a free return label and a replacement or full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method 5–10 business days after inspection. Read our full return policy.

Simple answers for sowing and storing seeds.

Seeds & growing

How should I store leftover seeds?

Keep labeled packets cool, dark, and dry. Once seeds are fully dry, an airtight container helps. Test older seeds before sowing a whole bed.

When should I sow outdoors?

Start with the packet's planting depth and spacing. Then check your local frost dates and soil temperature. A USDA zone describes winter cold, not the exact day to sow.

Find your zone and check where we ship.

Zones & markets

How do I find my USDA zone?

Use the 2023 USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map with your ZIP code. Check local frost dates too; neighbors in the same zone can have different planting windows.

Where can you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping. International customers pay any customs duties and taxes. Some countries restrict seed imports; if your destination prohibits seeds in your order, we may cancel and refund the order. Read our full shipping policy.
