Why we grow it
A lotus in a bowl gives you something lovely to tend while the patio wakes up. Bowl lotus, Nelumbo nucifera, is a perennial aquatic plant grown in a container of water.
This one asks for patience. Flowers may take until year 2–3 from seed, and seed-grown blooms can vary in color and size.

Will the flowers match the photo?
