Details
Despite the name, the photo shows a round-leaved water plant that looks like water pennywort (Hydrocotyle), not a grass. It makes a tidy mat of coin-shaped leaves in a glass bowl or at a pond edge.
How to grow
- Light: medium to high light
- Spread: normally spreads from stem pieces with nodes, rather than from seed
Two honest notes. We could not find a reliable seed-starting method, and some Hydrocotyle species are invasive weeds that can be restricted in some places, especially in the UK and EU. We are confirming the exact plant with our supplier.
