Shipping Policy

Processing and delivery

We process orders in 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days after shipping. We email tracking information when your order ships.

Large items, including raised beds, greenhouses, and plant stands, may ship separately.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $50 before tax. For orders of $50 or less before tax, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

International orders

You are responsible for any customs duties and taxes on an international order. Many countries restrict seed imports. If your destination prohibits the seeds in your order, we may cancel and refund that order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact support@homeygarden.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
